Terms of Use

Effective 9 October 2026

In short: you may use our apps for free for personal purposes. They are provided as they are, results from tools like calculators are estimates, and you are responsible for your own files and decisions. Sections 9 and 10 limit our responsibility, so please read them.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Anjneya Tech ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to our apps and games on Google Play, to any future app that links to them, and to this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Licence to use the apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. AdLens and Chess Clock Pro may also be used for your own professional activities as intended. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of others;
  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or lease the apps or any part of them;
  • decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
  • remove, hide or interfere with ads, notices or security features, or generate fake ad impressions or clicks;
  • use bots, scripts or automated means to access or overload the Services;
  • use QRino or any app to create or spread content that is illegal, deceptive or malicious, such as phishing links;
  • use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

4. Your files and content

You keep all rights in the files and content you open, create or process with our apps. Because our apps work on your device, we do not access, review, back up or store your content. You are solely responsible for your content, for having the rights to use it, and for complying with the law when you share it.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Data stored only in an app can be lost if you uninstall it, clear its storage, reset or change your device.

5. App-specific notices

OneCalc. Results, including EMI, GST, SIP, tax, unit, date, fuel and health estimates, are for general information only. They are estimates that depend on your inputs and on rules and rates that change. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical or professional advice. Check important figures with a qualified professional or the official source before you rely on them.

CleanShare. CleanShare removes common metadata such as EXIF and GPS information. It cannot guarantee that every identifying detail is removed, for example information visible in the image itself, in file names, or in formats it does not fully support. Check files before sharing anything sensitive.

OpenAny. OpenAny aims to display many file types, but some files may not open or may display differently from the original software. Do not rely on its rendering for legal, financial or official purposes. We are not responsible for the content of files you open, and you should only open files from sources you trust.

QRino. A QR code can lead to any website or action chosen by whoever created it. Check the preview before opening a link, and do not enter personal or payment details on sites you do not trust. You are responsible for the content of codes you create, and should test them before printing or publishing.

Chess Clock Pro. The app is a timing aid. Accuracy depends on your device. In competitions, the rules of the event and the arbiter's decisions take priority. We are not responsible for the outcome of any game or for disputes about timing.

AdLens. AdLens is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Figures come from Google's APIs and may be delayed, estimated, revised or incomplete. Always rely on your official AdMob account for payments, accounting and tax.

Games. Progress, levels and rewards are stored on your device, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be lost if you uninstall the game or change device.

6. Ads, Google Play and third parties

Some apps show ads provided by Google AdMob. We do not create, choose or endorse the products and services advertised, and any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and them.

Our apps are distributed through Google Play, and your use of Google Play is governed by Google's terms. Our apps are currently free. If we offer paid features in future, purchases will be processed by Google Play and refunds will follow Google Play's policies, unless the law requires otherwise.

The Services may link to or work with third-party websites and services, such as Google Drive, Google Sign-In or websites reached through a QR code. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the apps, code, designs, graphics, levels, text, names and logos, are owned by Anjneya Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Google Play, Android, AdMob, Google Drive and Google Sign-In are trademarks of Google LLC. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EPUB and other file format names belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any app, feature or content, at any time and without notice, including to fix issues, meet legal or platform requirements, or because we stop supporting it. Some updates may be required to keep using an app. We are not obliged to provide support, maintenance or updates, and we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or compatible with your device.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Services at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anjneya Tech and its owners, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, revenue, business, goodwill or savings, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, however caused and even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded or certain liability to be limited, so some of sections 9 and 10 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anjneya Tech and its owners and team members from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps. We may suspend or end your right to use the Services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 15 continue to apply after termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly, and we will try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.

If you are a consumer living outside India, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there where the law gives you that right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example in the app or its release notes. By continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

15. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them, for example as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • No third-party rights. No one other than you and us has rights under these Terms.
  • Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
